Q What's your payment term for customized orders?
A For customized orders, payment term is 50% T/T deposit, balance before delivery. Customized orders should be delivered within 3 months after order is confirmed, otherwise storage charge may occur.
Q How is the packaging? How can you ensure the safe packing?

Standard export packing for sofa is bubble bag+cardboard protector+knitting bag. Glasses will be with wood packing if it's retail orders.
If wood packing for sofa is needed, extra costs will be charged.
Q How long does it take for production?
A
Usually it's about 15 to 25 days. Some designs with special metal decoration or functions might take about 25 to 35 days.
