  • Q What is the Warranty?

    A We offer Limited Warranty.

  • Q What is the trade term?

    A
    FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou, port China. FOB prices only basis on full container, if q- uantity less than full container, the prices as EXW factory.

  • Q What is your MOQ?

    A  In general, our MOQ is 1*40’HQ container mixing different items. However, in order to work with you better, small quantity order is accepted.

  • Q Can I Customize my Sectional or Sofa Set?

    A Yes – You can have your preference on Size, Material, Color and Add ons

  • Q Where is your main export market?

    A Now our main export market are Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand etc. 

  • Q Can you make customer's logo on product?

    A
    Yes, your logo tag can be sewed on our product. Feel free to discuss with us. 
     

  • Q What's your deliver time if I have placed an order?

    A Around 15-25days when we get your order confirmation and the agreed deposit.

  • Q Where is your factory? How can I visit there?

    A
    Our factory located in JIu jiang Town, Foshan City of China. About 1 hour from Guangzhou. 
    Welcome to visit us! Feel free to give us a call, we can arrange pick up service. 

  • Q Are you a factory or trading company?

    A We are a direct factory, specialized in modern sofa.
